Judge dismisses wheel manufacturer’s mark claim, prompts review motions

Motions to reconsider the dismissal without a chance to amend and a request for review by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals were filed almost immediately.

A federal judge found a wheel manufacturer did not own a valid trademark of the brand it accused two former employees and a competing automobile parts company of infringing.
