Larson firm denies hiring 'juratorologist' accused of harassment

It's expected that 'juratorologist' Robert Wilson will be ordered to not have any further involvement in the case and to testify under oath later this month.

Attorneys with Larson LLP on Thursday denied accusations that they retained a man accused of harassing and intimidating jurors following a $10 billion verdict against their client, Haresh Jogani.

"Mr. Wilson was retained by Haresh," Larson partner Hilary L. Potashner told Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Susan Bryant-Deason.

"So how this is working out? So, is Haresh driving the ship on the appeal or is it you guys?" Bryant-Deason responded.
