A San Francisco judge says he has no authority to bar plaintiffs from refiling sex assault claims against Uber

SAN FRANCISCO — A judge told attorneys for Uber Inc. on Friday that he did not have the authority to bar plaintiffs who voluntarily dismissed their sexual assault lawsuits against the rideshare company from refiling their cases.
