Trial remains set for June in Golden Gate dispute

The case, which relates to an alleged $13 million still owed to a steel producer, has been mired in cross complaints since it was filed in 2021.

A San Francisco judge declined a request from the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway & Transportation District to vacate the trial date in a construction dispute originally between a steel manufacturer and the general contractor overseeing the Golden Gate Bridge Physical Suicide Deterrent and Wind Retrofit Project.
