Court hears debate on transgender disclosure measure's title

Proponents of the measure claim Attorney General Rob Bonta’s title for the measure is prejudicing prospective signatories against it.

A Sacramento County Superior Court judge grew exasperated at times on Friday as he heard arguments from proponents of a ballot measure that would force school personnel to tell parents if their child identifies as transgender.
