Lewis Brisbois accused of gender discrimination by former partner

Julie W. O'Dell claims she was treated as an employee despite her promotion to equity partner on Jan. 1, 2022.

A former partner sued Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP alleging that its management discriminated against female partners and favored male colleagues, particularly those loyal to the founder and former chairman, Robert Lewis.
