Sacramento County DA wants Prop. 47 amendments put to voters

The Sacramento County DA supports a proposed initiative that would modify some of Proposition 47's rules and allocate money for drug treatment and homelessness prevention

SACRAMENTO--Any significant changes to Proposition 47 must go before the voters, Sacramento County District Attorney Thien Ho said at a panel hosted by the Sacramento Press Club on Wednesday.
