Grant Shenon employee accuses firm of retaliation, discrimination

Office administrator Donna DiFronzo alleges she was not reinstated to her position after she returned to work from a leave of absence to care for her ill father under the California Family Rights Act.

An office administrator with Grant Shenon APLC alleges the firm's management wrongfully demoted her, reduced her salary and shifted some of her responsibilities to a younger employee after more than 35 years with the firm.
