National Association of Realtors opposes antitrust lawsuit challenging affiliated platform

The lawsuit was dismissed by U.S. District Judge Vince G. Chhabria, who said the allegations were unrelated to those made by PLS, a residential real estate listing provider, against the National Association of Realtors.

The National Association of Realtors urged a federal judge in San Francisco against reviving an antitrust lawsuit challenging a policy forcing agents to submit their listings on an affiliated platform, saying a recent ruling by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals had no bearing on the case.
