$900M verdict delivered in sexual assault case against Alkiviades David
It's understood to be one of the largest such verdicts in history.
A Los Angeles jury delivered a $900 million verdict against Coca-Cola bottling heir Alkiviades David in a lawsuit accusing him of sexual battery and infliction of emotional distress. Monday's verdict is the 5th to be entered against David and may be one of the largest sexual assault verdicts in history, according to a news release from Dordick Law Corporation, who represented the plaintiff.
