Birddogs 'at cost' clothes sales prices are false, lawsuit says
"The concept of the campaign is simple: Birddogs purports to charge customers no more than the amount it costs Birddogs to produce those items. But the reality is that Birddogs' advertisement is false and deceptive," Paul K. Haines of Haines Law Group APC and Jack Day of Day Bryne & McIntosh, wrote in the complaint.




Men's clothing company Birddogs Inc. was hit with a proposed class action in Santa Clara County by consumers claiming the company lied about selling some clothes "at cost."
Birddogs has been one of the fastest growing men's fashion brands in recent years and often advertises in its sale section that items are being discounted to the price the company pays to produce them.
