LA attorney leading US gymnast's Olympic medal appeal

A Los Angeles lawyer is helping U.S. Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles appeal the loss of her 2024 bronze medal following a contentious scoring decision.

Maurice M. Suh, a Los Angeles-based attorney with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, is leading an international legal challenge on behalf of U.S. Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles. The case aims to overturn a Court of Arbitration for Sport decision that stripped Chiles of her bronze medal in the women's gymnastics floor event at the 2024 Olympic Games.
