Willkie secures $5.25M judgment in business investment dispute

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP won summary judgment in a case that sought $5.25 million for failure to repay a $4.5 million business investment.

The February 2022 investment was structured as a promissory note with personal guarantees from Norman Kravetz and Douglas Jacobsen.
