Former Trojan sues NCAA over NIL use

Reggie Bush, the former running back, accuses USC, the NCAA and Pac-12 conference of making millions using his name image and likeness without compensating him.

Former University of Southern California running back Reggie Bush sued the National Collegiate Athletic Association, his alma mater USC and the Pac-12 Conference for allegedly exploiting his name, image and likeness while he was at USC.

The complaint, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday, says his former university, NCAA and the Pac-12 conference made multi-million and multi-billion dollar deals on the back of his success and likeness as a college football player, ...
