Netflix encouraged sexual atmosphere, fired employee says in suit

The plaintiff claims that women working for Netflix were regularly objectified by other employees, male and female, particularly through one-on-one personal meetings the complaint categorized as "speed dating."

A former Netflix employee claims in a lawsuit that the company used a COVID-19 vaccination requirement as a cover to silence her for speaking up against years of sexual harassment that she says supervisors encouraged for promotion opportunities.
