Accused white supremacist sentenced to time served, monitoring
In September, Robert Rundo pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to violate the federal Anti-Riot Act. The government accused him of leading a militant white supremacist group called "Rise Above Movement" across Southern California to commit violent acts at several political rallies.




A federal judge in Los Angeles on Friday sentenced an alleged violent white supremacist to a time-served, two-year prison sentence. This concludes a legal battle that spanned nearly seven years, which had defendant Robert Rundo in and out of federal custody through multiple case dismissals and appellate court reversals.
