Doctor who said Orange County judge was co-conspirator pleads guilty

A doctor pleaded guilty to a workers' compensation fraud scheme in federal court in Orange County. The doctor has said a sitting judge conspired with him, using his name to run a medical group.

A Pasadena doctor who identified an active Orange County judge as an alleged co-conspirator in a yearslong workers' compensation scheme pleaded guilty to fraud charges on Friday.

While the judge was not named in the case or charged with a crime, the government - led by Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles E.
