Withers extends California growth spurt with T&E merger in Los Angeles

Eight attorneys from boutique Hoffman Sabban & Watenmaker officially tied up with the global firm on Monday.

Los Angeles trust and estates firm Hoffman Sabban & Watenmaker APC has merged into Withersworldwide.

The move, effective Monday, adds eight lawyers, three paralegals, and additional staff to Withers' local office.

Paul G. Hoffman, who helped to found Hoffman Sabban & Watenmaker in 1981, said in a statement that "Withers offers an unrivaled platform for our team."
