Boeing lab scores win over water board on chemical discharge

Boeing partially won its dispute with the LA Regional Water Quality Control Board over chemical discharge limits at its Ventura lab. A Los Angeles judge remanded two requirements for further evidence.

The Boeing company scored a handful of wins in a dispute against the Regional Water Quality Control Board over chemical discharge requirements at a Ventura County lab facility. Los Angeles Country Judge Stephen I. Goorvitch partially granted Boeing's petition, upholding some requirements while remanding others for further review based on insufficient evidence.
