Tustin councilman calls battery incident 'unfitting for anyone'

Tustin City Councilman Lee K. Fink, who also chairs Brower Law Group's Business Litigation Department, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery after a heated altercation during a home tour. Captured on a Ring camera, the incident could lead to further professional scrutiny from the State Bar of California.
