Multiple lawsuits target companies over allegedly discriminatory DEI policies
In a growing wave of reverse discrimination lawsuits, contract video editor Andre Rhoden has sued CBS, claiming he was denied a full-time position due to his race, gender, and sexual orientation. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, is one of several filed by JW Howard Attorneys Ltd. challenging diversity-focused hiring policies.




In the latest of several "reverse discrimination" cases in Los Angeles County, a contract video editor alleges that CBS Broadcasting Inc. promised him a full-time video editor position but later informed him he was not considered for the role because he is a heterosexual, white male.
The JW Howard Attorneys Ltd. law firm has at least four other similar lawsuits pending, most of which were filed in federal court, including one on behalf of a former CBS anchor, Jeff Vaugh...
