Judge chides San Francisco city attorney for overzealous discovery

A judge chided the San Francisco City Attorney's team for excessive discovery in a flood damage lawsuit, setting a trial date to ease the plaintiffs' burden. 

A Superior Court judge chided the San Francisco City Attorney team in a hearing on Wednesday for "excessive" discovery demands on a plaintiffs' public maintenance dispute after several homes in the city flooded.
