Lawsuit claims Hallmark's Harry Potter mugs are poisonous

The complaint says the mugs contain lead that leaches onto the skin when consumers handle the mugs.

Poisonous mugs that harm you upon touching them sound like objects from the magical world of Harry Potter, but a lawsuit filed at the San Francisco Superior Court on Monday claims merchandise from the fantasy book, film and TV series franchise does just that.
