U.S. Legal Support Inc. gets TRO against ex-worker in trade secrets case
Stubbs Alderton & Markiles persuaded a federal judge in Riverside to restrain U.S. Legal Support's former employee and her new employers from using trade secrets she is alleged to have taken with her when she switched jobs.




Attorneys for U.S. Legal Support Inc. obtained a temporary restraining order against a former employee the company is suing for allegedly sharing confidential client service and business strategy information to a direct competitor where she now works.
On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Sunshine S. Sykes in Riverside granted the plaintiff's application, days after the lawsuit was filed, which also allowed limited expedited discovery and leave to file the records under seal.
