Orange County judge admonished for targeting behavior against women attorneys
The California Commission on Judicial Performance has publicly admonished Orange County Superior Court Judge Julian W. Bailey for repeated instances of misconduct, including profanity, demeaning comments, and behavior suggesting bias toward female and inexperienced attorneys.
