Los Angeles jury awards $32.5 to woman with spine injury after car crash
A Los Angeles jury awarded $32.5M to Briana Booth, injured in a car crash, after swerving to avoid a spun-out vehicle. Jason Fowler of Parris Law Firm secured the verdict.
Parris Law Firm's Jason P. Fowler scored a $32.5 million jury verdict on Thursday for a motorist who suffered spine injuries when she swerved to avoid a car that spun into her lane in Lancaster.
The two defendants complicated the trial, Fowler said: "There was a big dispute between the two defendants on how the crash happened and who was responsible for causing our client's injuries."
