California is once again at the forefront of technology regulation, this time turning its focus to algorithmic collusion. A new proposal, Assembly Bill 325 (AB 325), introduced by Assembly Majority Leader Cecilia Aguiar-Curry, seeks to keep pace with technological advancements by outlawing a modern type of tacit price coordination.
