SpaceX scored a win Wednesday against employees alleging systematic pay discrimination as a judge's tentative ruling sent the claims to arbitration.

Judge Robert B. Broadbelt tentatively granted SpaceX's motions to compel arbitration of individual claims, dismiss class allegations and stay claims under the state Private Attorneys General Act.
