A proposed gondola that would lift Dodgers fans out of traffic by taking them from Los Angeles Union Station to the baseball team's stadium - and do the same for 2028 Olympics attendees -hit a roadblock Thursday after the state court of appeal rejected an environmental impact report for the project.
