Amazon's battle to force its Flex drivers into private arbitration reached a critical juncture this week, as attorneys for the drivers urged the 4th District Court of Appeal to affirm that the drivers -- who deliver packages on the final leg of interstate journeys -- are exempt from arbitration under federal law.
