Apple seeks emergency stay of order barring fees on out-of-app purchases
The technology giant filed an emergency motion with the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to stay an Oakland judge's order barring fees on external app purchases in an ongoing legal dispute with Epic Games.





Apple Inc. has filed an emergency motion asking the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to partially stay an Oakland federal judge's order barring the company from charging any commission or fees on purchases made outside an app.
