Former Calaveras County Court Commissioner admonished by CJP

Bradley W. Sullivan received a public admonishment for multiple violations during his short tenure as a court commissioner, including ex parte contact with litigants and misconduct during proceedings.

Former Calaveras County Superior Court Commissioner Bradley W. Sullivan was publicly admonished Friday for what the Commission on Judicial Performance described as a pattern of judicial misconduct that included improper contact with litigants and coercive courtroom behavior - actions that unfolded over less than a year on the bench.
