A lawsuit in Los Angeles says a downtown arts school for children was forced to shut down by homeless people living in the building who used drugs and exposed themselves.

Douglas Hicks Law of Los Angeles took on representation of the Academy of Media Arts this month in a lawsuit accusing the owners of the L.A. Grand Hotel, where the school is located, of failing to maintain safe conditions at the site.
