An Alameda County judge allowed another continuance in a four-year long case that has seen a defendant take on new counsel for the fourth time in two years, after prior attorney-client relationships broke down.

Defendant Rishi Khanna has been accused of "sabotaging his latest attorney-client relationship for tactical reasons," by plaintiff's attorney Randolph Gaw of Gaw Poe LLP, in a $4 million real estate dispute in Fremont.
