Judge reprimands parties in NBCUniversal harassment case 

An LA judge scolded attorneys in a sexual harassment and retaliation case against NBCUniversal, urging cooperation. Plaintiff Tyler Adkins alleges wrongful termination after reporting an executive's illicit messages.

Los Angeles County Judge Maurice A. Leiter chastised the parties Thursday in a sexual harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation case against NBCUniversal and one of its former executives.

Leiter told the attorneys that it's not "shock and awe," where plaintiffs try to overwhelm the defendants with discovery, and defendants "hide the ball and produce nothing" for as long as possible. "And I just want everybody to be clear that I have no patience...
