Expanding legal support for older homeowners is a public need
An important yet overlooked issue in the recent Trust & Estate Special Report is the urgent need for accessible estate planning services for low-income older homeowners, whose lack of legal support threatens their housing stability, economic security, and ability to participate in the generational wealth transfer.
