Collaboration is key at Sheppard Mullin's new LA office
The firm's co-office managing partners say new amenities like a coffee bar and staircases between floors helped both partners and associates feel less isolated.
"Blank slate" is an overused term in building design, but when it came to laying out Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP's new office the firm's managing partners say the cliché rang true.
The firm leased floors 39-42 at 350 S. Grand Avenue, Los Angeles in December 2023 and moved in a year later. The building, named 2Cal and formerly known as Two California Plaza, was completed in 1992.
