Attorneys still trying to get share of fees from cases with Girardi

Attorneys appeal for fees from disbarred Thomas Girardi's firm, as Girardi faces prison for client fraud, with more trials looming.

As disbarred attorney Thomas V. Girardi faces seven years in prison for more than $15 million in client fraud, an appeal remains pending in a Los Angeles lawsuit by attorneys seeking their share of fees from a long-ago Girardi Keese case. They predict more trials will come.
