State Bar charges Menlo Park lawyer with racist, profane attacks on judge, staff
The Northern District court also alleges that after being muted during a remote hearing for yelling and disruptive behavior, Reshma Kamath continued to use profane, racially charged language in a series of Teams Chat messages.




The State Bar has charged a Menlo Park attorney with using racially charged, profane and abusive language in court, defying multiple court orders and sanctions, and continuing to represent clients after being disbarred from federal court.
The 26-count Notice of Disciplinary Charges against Reshma Kamath was filed on June 20.
