Chiropractor sues Therabody, claims uncredited Theragun Tip designs

Dr. Michael Wasilisin sues Therabody, alleging the company used his Theragun tip designs, breached their agreement, and denied him inventor credit and compensation, despite documented promises from founder Jason Wersland.

A Los Angeles-based therapy product maker is accused of stealing inventor credit from a San Diego chiropractor who claims he designed tip attachments that are used on various devices the company sells.

These include components of a handheld massager called the "Theragun," which Dr. Michael Wasilisin claims he has yet to be paid for, in breach of an alleged agreement years ago with Therabody Inc.'s founder, who purportedly promised him compensation and sole inventors...
