An environmental group says its members are suffering concrete harm from a concrete manufacturer.

In a complaint filed Wednesday, Central Valley Eden Environmental Defenders said runoff from the Capital Ready Mix plant in Sacramento is causing toxic runoff into the Sacramento River.
