Parties who recently challenged the constitutionality of the government's immigration law enforcement operations throughout Los Angeles County are seeking to expedite litigation procedures to halt ICE agents' control tactics against observers and raid targets.

The detained plaintiffs and journalists filed separate lawsuits claiming the immigration agents violated their rights by either unlawfully silencing them or kickstarting an allegedly unjust deportation process.
