Court orders Hooper Lundy to return client file in malpractice dispute
A Los Angeles judge has ordered Hooper Lundy & Bookman, P.C. to turn over the complete client file to Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic, finding no basis for the firm's refusal based on an alleged internal dispute.
