San Diego attorney gets 7 years for securities fraud in pump-and-dump schemes

A federal judge sentenced Andrew Coldicutt also imposed more than $140,000 in fines for securities fraud tied to pump-and-dump schemes, including a fake fruit harvesting company.

A San Diego corporate and securities attorney received an 85-month federal prison sentence for securities fraud and related crimes linked to pump-and-dump schemes.

U.S. District Judge Jinsook Ohta also ordered Andrew Coldicutt to pay $42,970 in forfeiture and a $100,000 fine.
