An Orange County Superior Court judge approved a request by Angels Baseball LP to seal exhibits and excerpts in a high-profile wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of late pitcher Tyler Skaggs.
The sealed materials, submitted as part of the plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Adjudication, include personal medical records and details of former Angels communications director Eric Kay's substance abuse history and private life.
