Fourth trial looms in MGA, OMG Girlz dispute

A fourth trial is set in MGA's trade dress dispute with OMG Girlz after a judge reduced a $71.5M award to $18M, citing insufficient evidence of willfulness by the toymaker.

A fourth trial is expected in a trade dress dispute between toymaker MGA Entertainment and a music group regarding a line of urban-themed dolls.

MGA was able to substantially reduce a jury's $71.5 million award against it to just under $18 million after a judge found a lack of proven willfulness.
