Apple designer denies leaking ex-employer's trade secrets to rival

Dan Sargent, a former iyO Inc. designer, denies leaking trade secrets to io Products, backed by OpenAI and Jony Ive, in a San Francisco Superior Court lawsuit that is related to a federal trademark case.

A former designer at a Bay Area tech startup accused of leaking trade secrets to a high-profile rival -- backed by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and Apple product designer Jony Ive -- has denied all claims made against him.
