Apple designer denies leaking ex-employer's trade secrets to rival

Dan Sargent, a former iyO Inc. designer, denies leaking trade secrets to io Products, backed by OpenAI and Jony Ive, in a San Francisco Superior Court lawsuit that is related to a federal trademark case.
