Orange County court to launch family law e-filing system
Starting Aug. 25, family law attorneys must file appellate documents electronically in Orange County Superior Court, replacing mail and walk-in submissions with a 24/7 digital portal. Self-represented parties may opt in voluntarily.




The Orange County Superior Court will begin accepting electronic filing for family law appellate documents starting Aug. 25, replacing a system that requires mail or in-person submission at the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana.
