Apple alleges Haptic shifted its legal strategy in a patent case over the iPhone's Back Tap feature by submitting a late expert report introducing new infringement theories, including equivalence.

Apple has accused Haptic Inc. of trying to shift its legal strategy late in a patent lawsuit over the iPhone's "Back Tap" feature by introducing new expert reports. Haptic, which creates interactive digital interfaces using physical objects, is accused of changing its infringement theory during the final stages of the case.
