Baldoni sues insurers over denial of defamation suit coverage

Justin Baldoni's company sued three insurers in Los Angeles, alleging breach of contract for refusing to cover legal costs tied to Blake Lively's defamation lawsuit over alleged harassment on set.

Justin Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, accuse three insurance companies of breach of contract in a Los Angeles trial court case for denying coverage of costs for a defamation lawsuit filed by his co-star, Blake Lively, in New York federal court.
